Nimble master of improvisation and accomplished impressionist who delights in the absurd, Seán Cullen, returns home to Peterborough with his all-new show SEAN CULLEN HOMETOWN BOY. For two-and-a-half decades, Seán Cullen has dominated the Canadian comedy scene as an award-winning comedian, actor, author and screenwriter. Described in Time Magazine as "the vanguard of comedy", Cullen has earned three Gemini Awards, three Canadian Comedy Awards, an ACTRA Award, a Rocky Mountain Book Award, an Arthur Ellis Book Award and was twice nominated for the Edinburgh Comedy Award. Cullen was a finalist on NBC's LAST COMIC STANDING, and appeared on THE TONIGHT SHOW, THE LATE LATE SHOW, countless JUST FOR LAUGHS GALAS, THE DEBATERS and as a panelist on MATCH GAME. As an actor, he has appeared in THE ELLEN SHOW, WORKIN' MOMS, CARTER, DARK MATTER and can be heard in the upcoming animated film THE WILLOUGHBY'S with Ricky Gervais, Martin Short, and Maya Rudolph.
