Cirquelesque is a fusion of Circus and Burlesque theater with social consciousness, diversity and a sense of humor. This cabaret-style show had 6 successful years of entertaining 18+ audiences on Valentine's Day at Market Hall PAC. The Peterborough Academy of Circus Arts and its artists are gearing up to bring it back!
For our seventh year, we will take audiences on a watery adventure, sure to include pirates, mermaids, and everything better down where it’s wetter! Our MC character, Captain Brenda is an impish rogue and ringleader of mischief, whisking audiences away on a silly, daring, flirty, laugh-out-loud circus-burlesque adventure. You know she will both bring and be a snack.
