Experience an exciting and soulful adventure in A Musical Journey with Janis Joplin. A show that chronicles some of her most exciting songs performed/recorded during her very short career. Follow Janis through some of her most influential moments in her musical journey with band mates, festivals, concerts, interviews and tv appearances in small scale theatrical moments throughout the production.  This 90 minute show is framed by powerful ballads, booming soul blues and psychedelic rock pieces all delivered with the attempt to capture Joplin’s very unique and distinct voice.  Facing social rejection in her home town and then soon to be instant adoration from a generation of people looking for a voice, and that voice was and always will be, Janis Joplin.
